I wonder if the Palisman is like a spirit animal too and I'm curious whether Albert was with Eda before or after she was cursed? And yes- Bat Queen was giving me goosebumps in this episode! I could see her playing a much bigger role in this show in later episodes.

First thing that came to mind was "a little silver trout"... was just listening to Judy Collins/WB Yates Song of Wandering Aengus. Yeah, Im an old folkie... thats folkie, not fogey... well maybe that too. Loved King trying to conquer the playground. Obviously there's more to the Bat Queen than was obvious before.
