There’s been a meme floating around we’re artists draw a character and then invite other artists to draw their character in there own style! It’s fun, spreads the artist love, and allows you a clear practice for your own technique and style. You can see that my style is much more stylized and brightly colored, something I am really working toward.
This Process Video is juicy because you can see how many tines I redrew to get the feeling of the character just right, and you can also see my use of a reference photo of myself. Always remember, stylization is important, but reference is KEY!
