Still Got It! (Personal Comic #1)

Yesterday it was rainy and mostly lovely to see Kenna, and tomorrow we are leaving on a road trip to Santa Fe, so I haven’t really gotten to see Denver much. I’ll update more as my trip continues!
Anyway! I wanted to share with you all my first official attempt at a comic strip! It’s about my gradual transition to caring a lot less about my appearance than when I was a little teeny bopper. Sometimes I wish I tried harder to look ‘good’ in the traditional sense (although I like my sort of counter culture aesthetic.) And when I do think that I usually... just take a shower and put on a tiny bit of make up and that’s as far as I go. 😬
This was drawn completely in Procreate on my iPad, and I’m not sure if I like it enough to share it elsewhere so for now I just thought I’d give you guys a peek!
