Update on SJS
Added 2024-06-05 19:30:56 +0000 UTCSo for those are either not on my discord or following me on twitter, stuff has happened to me over the weekend. To put it short, my laptop had a bad windows update and messed up my whole laptop system. So I had to do a hard reboot and start from scratch on my laptop.
Good news: All of my files, like artwork, photos, refrences, etc. Have been saved and the repairs didn't cost me a dime.
Bad news: I didn't back up my tablet/CSP settings. So I now have to rework my way up to my art style from before the incident. This is what I was mostly concerned about when the incident began, so I just got to deal with it.
What happens from here? Well for now. I will be working to configuring/adjusting/etc my csp to where I can comfortablly work on art again like I used too. So art from here on out, may/will look different from how I used to draw. No I don't want to change my artstyle... but at the same time I am a idiot who forgot to back up my settings. Hopefully I can make a quick recovery and get back at it. We will have to see...
The sketch above is a comparison between art I made before the crash and the sketches I made today. So I can recover... it will just take time.
