Well, this was a confusing chapter in many ways, but I understand what you are trying to do, so in a way, I can accept it. For now, though, it looks like this will be my ending and I thank you for everything that has happened to now. But like other actors who go to college, they were quite low key about it. Especially Edward since he has the dean's support. His clone wasn't announced, he took on a new identity. Just a random ceo to take charge while Edward went to study. The media did chase him, but since this was a timeskip chap, it wasn't shown.

2026-01-15 08:53:43 +0000 UTCtbh i liked the story when it focuses on his daily life, music career, the interpersonal relationship between his family and close friends, and minimal skill/talent upgrades because it was like a fresh air away from "powers/sci-fi/magic" that sometimes overcrowds the fanfic genre as a whole so the shift from semi spy/military related to full blown powers was like reading a new novel while the hook that started for me i.e. the "daily life. music career and the interpersonal relationship..." slowly turns to a subplot. This is not taking away from your writing, heck i became a member for months and got to name two chapters in the fic because i like your writing. Sadly i left because of said reasons above BUT your new fic " That 70s Hustle" got me back and hopefully it gets love as well and becomes a long running series. Thank You for your continues hard work and dedication for your current and future stories. P.S. My own personal bias btw you don't have to agree P.P.S. Always stay healthy. I agree that all of the powers made everything else made less sense, and I like that you did something about it instead of A) ignoring all of the powers he’s gotten and make him really stupid, or B) lean into all of the Sci Fi which isn’t the reason I assume most people read this type of story. Also him FINALLY getting with Alex at some point during the story is great, that had been teased for so long at different points in the story, and even if that particular plot point wasn’t expanded on I’m still glad it happened at some point during their history

It seemed like he wasn't famous anymore and the media wasn't chasing him. He went to a parallel world or something. I know he has a clone, but he announced it to the whole world. I found this chapter really confusing, to be honest, but oh well. I liked that he's in a relationship with Alex now, although everything here is also very confusing.
