I don't think it's so much that people hate the relationship but that people are tired of good promising relationships just to get slapped in the face with a breakup I get that's how some relationships are in real life but when it happens 3 times it's gets tiring and people just don't want to get emotionally invested anymore

2025-06-12 02:25:13 +0000 UTCI know this won't matter because Vanessa wasn't featured in this chapter, and Vanessa isn't a popular love interest to begin with, but I love the relationship between Vanessa and Eddie! I think its a welcome breath of fresh air that she is very understanding of his work and ALL that it entails, I think its great that she really tries to understand where he is coming from, and I really love their close backstory. He has been behind her every step of the way in her career and personal life and it shows through the amount of affection and care she has for him. I know they aren't endgame material, and it'll no doubt end in heartbreak for their eventual breakup. But I really hope Vanessa gets her own happy ending. She deserves it.

2025-05-30 20:02:08 +0000 UTCIm not sure how i feel about this chapter :/ I don't hate it, nor do i like it. Sage's intervention and the "rank up challenge" seemed a bit out of place. Especially how she intervened. Yeah, i get it that he is superhuman + has "magical" abilities, and that to pose a challenge the enemies had to be upscaled, but it still felt a bit ridiculous.
