Kino's Journey episode 1 part 1!

Interesting! Not a lot has happened, but the story is taking its time and showing rather than telling. We know Kino isn’t used to being armed, that they haven’t been away from their “master” for very long, that they weren’t supposed to be away, that they have presumably stolen Hermes. I wonder what the deal is with their master. Was this the master/apprentice kind of master? Why did Kino feel the need to run away? Did Hermes get any sort of say in what happened to them? Probably not, honestly. Probably isn’t used to having any sort of say about themselves either.
Anyways, I’m interested! I immediately like Kino, I find their voice very pleasant to listen to, and I’m looking forward to what’s coming next.
