I mentioned in a reply to a comment but I'll further explain my dislike for the relationship direction between the Taylor and Ed. Even though it was a mutual agreement between the two of them, and I am not going as far as saying that it's "R word", but the fact remains that Ed was an under age middle schooler and was taken advantage of by a 19-year-old young adult. No matter how you look at this, even with Ed being reincarnated this will be categorized as "Grooming". I'm not saying that the end game should be her getting locked up or her charges getting brought to light, it's very understandable for young adults to act on hormones and impulses. With that being said, the hook ups are realistic but if everybody is realistically OK with Taylor Swift grooming this Child, I think the sitcom world is just a little bit too wacky for it to be a modern family-based scenario. My best alternative for a romantic interest would have to be either Haley or Selena, seeing as they both are already on friendly terms, and both are more similar age to the main character to the point where it would be realistic if they got into a relationship and it worked out. That's as far as my critique goes. I love this story by far it is my favorite fanfic out there. Keep it up and I hope you get better.
