Oh GOD that was good. That was SO GOOD! That was cathartic and cute and awesome. I’m so proud of them. They made it to Antarctica!

I’m glad they didn’t dwell too much on Toshio, and simply let him be the gateway into an examination of Gin. And am I right? Is the implication that she was in love with Takako? I think that’s it. God, and the way she heard her last words...that must have been horrible. I can’t imagine it.

God. That ending, though. I teared up a little. They made it. They made it! In spite of all the obstacles, in spite of all their detractors, in spite of bullies and foibles and obstructing adults, our four girls made it to Antarctica. I’m so proud of them.

I love this show.
