Baccano episode 10 part 2!

Aw, man. I was hoping we’d see my favorite idiots become immortal this time. I’ve actually been on the edge of my seat waiting for it, even though I know it’s going to happen! I love them so much that I’m genuinely worried for their safety for no reason. That’s excellent character writing, that is. They’re so endearing.

And Czeslaw. Wow. What a little fuckhead. I was expecting him to be jaded, not monstrous. That blew me away. I can’t imagine Isaac or Miria would ever eat him, though, so he’s probably getting off the train scot free.

That fight between Chane and Ladd sure was something. Three bullet deflections with tiny knives? Come on. And shotgun slugs at that. I loved him getting whacked by the train signal, though. That was awesome.

All in all, a good episode. I’m looking forward to more.

Up next is going to be A Place Further Than the Universe on Monday--we’ll be watching the second half of episode 9.
