Steven Universe Future episode 14--Growing Pains!

That…whew. Things really seem to FINALLY be coming to a head. It’s time to get this boy some god damn therapy! Woo! I’m so glad. I’m also really glad that Greg is going to be involved in helping Steven heal. It’s so good to see that connection in play again.
Greg’s always been the most grounded, emotionally stable person in Steven’s life. If there’s anyone who can start guiding him towards healing, it’s Greg. I’m hoping the next couple episodes have him involved. That would be so good.
This episode was very good. It’s good to finally directly confront all the trauma Steven has been through, and for it to be called out as such so directly. I have a good feeling about where this is going.
Growing Pains comes in at my new #6 for season 6, between Rose Buds and Little Homeschool, and my new #36 overall, between Lars’ Head and Stuck Together.
