Infinity Train Episode 7--The Chrome Car!

That was a prime example of how “predictable” doesn’t equal “bad”. There were only a couple real surprises along the way, but it was structured and executed so well with such endearing characters and development that it didn’t matter. Horseradish was such a good character! It makes perfect sense for her to choose to stay behind and become her own person, but I’m still really sad we didn’t get more of her. She’d have been such a good addition to the crew. Still, it’s probably better for Tulip’s own character development that she sees this version of her off and lets it push her forward, as she did with her glove and the number underneath.
They’d probably have had to pay Ashley double anyways.
The Chrome Car was great with the horror stuff, too. The reflections coming to life, the creepy cops, the Skins, the melting bodies. God. That was good stuff.
For combining excellent character work with excellent horror, The Chrome Car comes in at my new #1 for the series, displacing The Unfinished Car.
I know I haven’t done any She-Ra yet this month, but I’m really on a roll with infinity Train, and I kind of want to keep going with it. As such, I am tentatively going to say I’ll be doing The Ball Pit Car on Monday, but I may change my mind in the meantime. Expect Infinity Train, for now. See you there!
