Commander Rook and his team are dispatched to investigate. What they find in orbit is not abandonment. It’s erasure. A silent world guarded by something non-human, something not meant to be found.
As the investigation unravels, political games flare behind closed doors, and a deeper pattern emerges: lost probes, buried reports, and a distant void that seems to swallow everything sent toward it.

And whatever did it is still out there.

On the edge of unknown space dealing with unknown technology, the Ledge used tactical shuttles to capture evidence of what they discovered here. How do you intercept alien tech that is using unknown science to hide in the black of space trying to monitor same space without betraying it's own existence. The ledge has tech aboard to intercept the alien drones, tech they hope can silence the drone while being captured, and hopefully the tech to confine the drone while it is stowed away securely for transport. Every breath is held as they approach, tag, and retrieve the drone, fearing any response from the alien outpost that dispatched the drone. Will they succeed? How do they plan to escape if they do? Is this a trap they are unaware of that the alien outpost hopes they fall for? Will the Ledge be able to stay invisible if they are not already detected? I look forward to the next developments in this story. Keep it up.
