I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas/Holidays! I did! Spent it with my family in another state, was nice to get away and very needed.
As I’m sure the majority of you know I suffer from severe depression and anxiety.
This is something I was trying to beat on my own but recently realised there’s no shame in getting a bit of help. So I finally started taking anti depressants.
If you don’t know, when you start anti depressants I everything gets much worse before it gets better.
My anxiety sky rocketed for a little bit and I had a lot of side effects like insomnia and queasiness.
Needless to say I was not in the right state to film anything.
HOWEVER!
I’m finally coming out the other side! The meds are starting to work and the side effects are much less present.
I’m now waking up and my default mood isn’t sad or anxious. I feel kinda happy... for no real reason. Feel very foreign but this is a MASSIVE deal for me!
Anyway. Thank you so much! You’re all amazing!
I hope I can continue to make your support worth while.
