OPrivacy 2.1a
This release attempts to address approach-related bugs. It should eliminate the bug introduced in 2.1 where an enemy can approach and then attack you. It should at least reduce the number of incidents where you are approached by an NPC that does not have the proper approach dialogues. I can't say for certain I've eliminated the possibility because in some instances it may be caused by other mods.
