Prepare! Skyrim AE Drops on Your Head Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the 11th and Steam will attempt to overwrite your Skyrim SE with Skyrim AE if you aren't careful. Please protect yourself. Set your game settings in Steam so SE is only updated on game launch, and then never launch the game unless you are launching from skse64_loader.exe. Back up your Skyrim Special Edition folder. Back up the root of your Data folder. You don't need the stuff in the Data subfolders but at this point, to be safe, you should save copies of all of the game's BSA, ESM, and ESP files. I'm talking about the vanilla game and its DLCs. Mods don't matter. They can be redownloaded and nothing should happen to them anyway.
