Excitable Subs for OStim 1.0

Excitable Subs for OStim 1.0 is based on the OStim Tweaks BBLS feature but modified to be more flexible. Unlike OStim Tweaks, this mod doesn't care about voices. It should affect any character in the OStim sub role.
What it does:
It causes OStim actors in the sub role to get more excited (gain stim bar) through actions not included in default OStim.
1. It allows sub stimulation to continue beyond OStim's max spank count, making it possible to literally spank a fully-clothed sub in the middle of the Whiterun market until they have an orgasm.
2, It causes subs to get excited by kissing and by holding a kiss.
3. It causes subs to gain excitement by stimulating their dom partner manually or orally.
4. It causes subs to gain considerable excitement when sensing or seeing their dom partner have an orgasm.
5. It causes female subs to gain a large head start on their stim bar after they have an orgasm. After the first one, their stim bar doesn't drop to zero, it drops to 25 percent. By the sub's fifth orgasm, it only drops to 60 percent as they have basically reached a multi-orgasmic, over-stimulated frenzy.
6. It causes the sub to automatically shift to the lowest animation speed during Fellatio if her partner has an orgasm. I did this for two reasons: That's what generally happens in the real world, and it makes it easier to hear the swallowing in OVoice.
This will work for NPC female Subs and Player Female subs. It will only work for Male subs if you use the OStim MCM to set your male character to always use the sub role.
If you want to run this alongside any Nexus version of BBLS you should disable OStim Voice Packs and OStim Tweaks in the BBLS MCM. It is okay to leave BBLS Bed Woohoo and OStim Dialogues enabled in BBLS as they are compatible.
