Music plans this year go hmmmmm

I'm back from LA, so I'm actually alive again. I'm always so inspired and motivated when I'm in California, but I don't get to work on music stuff while I'm there since I work from my desktop PC and not a laptop. However, I obviously had a lot of thoughts about music and my plans for it this year while I was away!
I think I may slightly alter my music plans for this year. These are mostly just considerations for now, but I wanted to share with you guys. As you all know. my plan was to release an EP this year - this hasn't changed. Every single song on the EP is either finished or in progress. The EP has a really cool sound and it's going to be sick once it releases.
However, I'm a bit cold-footed about releasing each song one by one as singles. But if I want a (semi-)regular release schedule this year, that's basically my only choice. So I I am considering pushing the EP back. That doesn't mean I won't still be actively working on it, it just means I can try and work on some non-EP song/projects for single releases, without feeling pressured to release the EP songs all as singles. That just means the progress on the EP will be a little slower.
I'm really putting a lot of thought into my sound/genre right now, and so there are some other ideas outside of the EP I'm excited to put work into.
My next release should be a song that will be from the EP, and then hopefully after that you won't hear the rest until it's done (unless I change my mind down the line again somewhere..)
