It's done!

Reform or Revolution? (1830 to 1832)

Going through and making last minute tweaks took a bit longer than expected, but it's finally finally finally finally finally done. Everything just takes a bit longer when it's almost an hour long, lol. I'm exhausted.

I've got a lot to say about this video, but I'll save some of that for the monthly Newsletter. No more delays, it's Saturday night and I just want this thing posted!

This video will be available to Early Access for about a month. It's late July now, so... in late August or early September it'll be posted publicly to YouTube.

That's all for now, I'll have more to say about this video in the next Newsletter on August 15th! :)

You've been my favourite channel for years now, from the battle videos to Roman politics to modern history... Like many history channels, you display a trend towards longer videos and more details. Up till now I've enjoyed the results, but this video is a step too far. Your previous videos already clearly explained and demonstrated the advantage of representative government, and this video just keeps stating and restating this one point. The script could have easily been condensed down to 20 or 30 minutes without sacrificing either its informative or persuasive strength. Please understand, I'm not saying this to be a wise-ass. I understand that this topic is near to your heart, which is why you spent all this effort. But that just makes it more tragic that a shorter video would have been more persuasive while saving you many hours of writing and editing.

Most excellent. Thanks for the great video.

Wait something just occured to me... in this video the Conservatives are never refered to as "The Conservative Whigs" like they were back in Liverpool's day and were even explicitly refered to as Tories, which to me feels as though it shouldve been insulting to them; being compared to the old absolute monarchy faction. I wonder if this is an accurate reflection of the history, would be very interesting if that shift happened so quickely

I completely understand the necesity of discussing this first and the inability to change the ending of the video on the July Revolution, but this is the second video in a row to tease the abolition of slavery!! I had spent this whole video anticipating it! Fantastic video once again though, its fascinating to see how the modern form of my political system was birthed. Long live the legacy of Earl Grey!
