The English Civil War, *~*POLITICS*~*, and the Trial of Charles I of England.
Charles I has been on my hit list since before the YouTube channel even existed. I definitely over-researched, draft 1 of this video was literally over 2 hours long, so it's a Christmas miracle this video even exists. But I'm really happy with it. And I also somehow avoided spending 30 minutes talking about the English Civil War, which I think counts as a second Christmas miracle.
The entire point of doing this video is to set up THE TRIAL OF CHARLES I, which is already researched and (mostly) written. Expect to see that some time in January. The trial is... a lot of fun, it should be a good video.

Really loved this video and the follow-up! Some of my favorite videos in all of youtube... and I watch a lot of content. I avoided it for so long cause it didn't have to do with Rome but have now replayed it more than any of your other videos.
