*ahem*
So I'm back.
Some life-weirdness intervened, which is why I dropped off the radar for a bit, but that's all settled now.
I've been working hard for the last month or so getting prepared for future videos. The Sibylline Books was something I knew that I could quickly whip together in the hopes that it would tide people over until I could get some of the more complicated stuff ready.
Speaking of which, some of the more complicated stuff is almost ready. The next video is about 80% done, and the one after that is coming along nicely as well. It won't be long now.
The Sibylline Books video is a freebie, (obviously,) but once I get back into a more regular(ish) schedule I'm going to start charging patrons per video, rather than on a monthly basis. I've been thinking about it a lot, and I've become convinced that a per video support structure will push me to do higher quality work. I noticed that I kept on having ideas for longer or more complicated videos that I would just immediately reject due to arbitrary, self imposed deadline guilt. Going forward, I want to avoid that.
If this makes anybody want to withdraw their support, I'm 0% offended. No hard feelings. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up before the change took place.
I also wanted to thank you guys for sticking around. I received a ton of kind messages, and I read all of them. Honestly, I was very touched. You guys are the best, and I love you all. We'll be seeing a lot more of each other going forward.
