Rules are very simple: just post your request in the comment section.
Conditions are:
1) Only one character
2) Loli characters will be turned into adults
3) Only characters that looks mostly humans (example, characters like Centorea or Black Hanekawa are in, but strictly looking animal girls don't)
4) Only hair (from the head) related stuff except grotesc things like peeing.
5) You're allowed to change your request unntil the end date
All request will be put in a votation poll, and after that only 9 will go to Grand Finals Vote Poll, were 4 winner will be picked, 2 via votes and 2 via Random Wheel.
