I'm not going to pic people that added a character in the previous poll for diversity sake, but if you added a character in the previous poll YOU CAN SUGGEST ONE NOW.
It's just that I'm going to prioritize the ones that couldn't add a character before, but in the case that the people who didn't add a character before can't fill the 9 available spots then I'm going to pic peolple who added a character before.
