Yes, since March 18th... Apparently nothing new related to content, it must have just been an update to fix something in the online modes.

I made the Unlock Tables available for anyone who wants to make them compatible with their personal mods, importing these files into the database with the FIFA Editor Tool... if there are other uses I can't tell you.
