Oops! An amusing update to the Werewolves 4 demo!
Added 2025-04-15 21:10:14 +0000 UTCSo, it turns out that when you're writing a story about werewolves and they need to have their wounded pack members transported by hand, it's best to use the word 'stretcher' for the device used to move them.
Not 'litter.'
Because otherwise, you get sentences like this:
"Onyx hefts Sonoma's litter."
Anna says: "We can make some litters!" (to a werewolf.)
Not awkward at all! Since I was a kid I always used the word 'litter' as a stretcher, but apparently not everyone does and even if it's technically correct, it still creates unintentionally absurd sentences for a werewolf game.
Lessons have been learned!
Thank you to Sap Rook for the heads-up on that one! Demo has been updated!
