Parliament of Knives: 'What Stares Back' fan art spotlight

My favourite part of this piece is the attention to detail--if you've played the Malkavian portion of the 'What Stares Back' DLC, you'll know it well. The shadowy bars, the halo of light, darkness gradually descending... I just love it! Sorry for gushing!
