Actually, yes. Choose 1-3 things you want to focus on, list them on a Post-It note, and put it on your GM screen. Once the new technique has become habitual, you can take it off the list and replace it with the next technique you want to incorporate into your skill set.

Good video, Justin. I use some of these techniques already, but I appreciate the detail and examples. These tools are going to come in useful for my game.
