2022-11-27 21:58:01 +0000 UTCThank you for this Justin! I am currently running a campaign set in Chult, but without Acererak, or the Soulmonger and most of the Tomb of Annihilation. When I played in the Chult setting before I was so frustrated that this incredible map which is so different from most of the Forgotten Realms and chock full of Dinosaurs and Danger and Pirates and Wizards and Undead, was just rushed by as we made a mad dash for the Tomb of Annihilation itself, terrified we would die horribly and not have a way to be resurrected. For me the map of Chult has fascinated me since I first saw it and even more so after I got a real look at it after the campaign ended. So I have carefully built this campaign around this map and the vast lore going back to 2e regarding this incredible Land of the Lost that is Chult. This post really made me reflect on just how much I love this map and I have recently been reading your Hexcrawl advice as well. You've really helped me a lot and I just want to say again, thank you!
