4.0 planning form

voting form for 4.0 release is ready. You can vote for features you would like to see in next version. There are 3 categories based on complexity of the feature and only set number of features from each group will make it into release. You can select up to 3 features (5 for the last group) from each group. The list is already curated based on general feedback from Playnite users in case if you wonder why some features from GitHub are on included.
The number in brackets for each feature is GitHub's issue number in case you want to read more about the feature. For example

I didn't include "Fullscreen" mode and controller support features because they will be part of 4.0 for sure since they were already promised for 3.0
