I love the grand scope of this. It's audacious without breaking anything about Amber and/or Chaos as conceived. I would absolutely believe it had been a Zelazny idea for a third series, in fact. And it just tickled a thought for an endgame element in my current 5E campaign, so thanks for that! I never played Amber, but I learned a lot about game balance and encouraging player creativity just by studying its ruleset and reading about campaigns. It often seemed to me that relatively few players or GMs were really telling Zelaznyesque stories, but of course that's one of the strengths of having a completely boundless setting. SF trappings aren't to my taste in Amber either, but I'm sure players with other inclinations could make much of them, to say nothing of romance, giallo, or pleistocenepunk.
