I think the Tana language family is more semitic in nature. But there is definitely Ya there. so ko-sen-ya as K-S-Y Kishava is K-Sh-V and Kamshad is K-Sh-D Hell you can even say that original name was more Koshenya - K-Sh-Y but sharpened over the years.
