I've been booted out of my personal facebook page. (the two are linked)
Any efforts to try and fix that has been met with a brick wall in terms of customer support (It doesn't actually exist, just a bunch of FAQ and broken links that don't rectify anything)
I've also discovered my instagram has been flagged with an Open IP Proxy, meaning I can't actually make a new account either.
So i guess, for now, the only way i can reach anyone is here, which is rough, considering only like i only get 50 people reach seeing each of my posts.
Unless, does anyone have any genuine help/tips i can use.. I've done everything I feel I can in regards to trying to recover, i'm met with this
Extremely fustrating, I really enjoyed seeing everyones paint jobs of my work. Now its all gone

good advice above. Another thing to try is using your phone as a hotspot. That will appear as a different IP address.

2022-11-03 23:27:03 +0000 UTCDo you have any popup blockers enabled? Sometimes popup blockers use proxys which could cause an IP ban. If you don't have popup blockers enabled then rebooting your router should get you a different IP address assigned from your ISP.
2022-11-03 14:38:02 +0000 UTCYou might try subscribing to a VPN service so when you connect, it is coming from a completely different IP address. The three I know about are ExpressVPN, NordVPN, and SurfShark, which is the cheapest. Sorry for your troubles
