Maomao studies an ancient formula—an ointment said to cloud the senses.
She carefully notes each fragrance, each reaction, each shift in her own awareness.
Yet behind her meticulous handwriting hides an unease she cannot quite name.
“This effect… isn’t what I expected.”
So reads a line in her diary.
The night deepens, the air thick with a subtle scent.
And page by page, Scarlet Diary grows heavier with secrets yet untold.

夜の内廷、薬房には揺れる灯火だけが残っている。
机の上には薬草や瓶、そして《緋色日記》と名付けられた厚い帳面が広がっていた。
猫猫は古い処方を研究していた——心を乱すと言われる香膏。
一つ一つの香り、反応、自身の感覚を冷静に書き記していく。
だが筆跡の裏には、説明できない微かな揺らぎがにじんでいた。
「……これは、想定と違う。」
そう日記の一行に記されている。
夜はさらに深まり、空気にほのかな香りが漂う。
