• Largeプランの変更と、新プランの開設
  現在、Largeプランではすべての画像を閲覧できますが、時間が経つにつれ、Largeプランの価値が大きくなっていくことを問題視していました。

  これは、早い段階で応援してくださった支援者の方にアンフェアな仕組みになっています。というのも、ダウンロードが可能である以上、後から加入した方が同じ料金でより多くの作品を手に入れることができてしまうからです。

  そこで、価値を正しく反映するため、上記のようなシステムを取ることにしました。毎月の増加額は未定です。

• Boothでのバックナンバー配信
  8月以降に行われます。Patreon会員の方には特に関係ありません。Patreon会員の方が不利にならないような仕組みにします。

• リクエストの変更
  6月は25日間で25件のリクエストをいただきました。多くのリクエストを頂けることは本当にありがたいことだと思っています。ですが、想定よりも遥かに多くのリクエストをいただいており、現状会員数が増加傾向にあることを踏まえると、同じ条件でリクエストを受領し続けることが困難であると判断しました。

  方針が二転三転することは極力避けたかったのですが、私の見積もりが甘すぎました（一ヶ月10件程度に収まるだろうと考えていました）。申し訳ありません。

  とはいえ6月で終了は短すぎるので、7月まではリクエストをお受けします。
  リクエスト権をどのように扱うかは未定です。Largeプランにリクエスト権を付けて席数限定にするか、月初にLargeの方から先着で数件リクエストを受けるか、という形を考えています。需要次第だと思います。

• The price of the Large Plan for new subscribers will gradually increase over time.

• If you are already subscribed to the Large Plan, your monthly fee will not increase as long as you don’t cancel your subscription.

• I plan to create a plan with limited seating for requests, or take requests on a first-come, first-served basis each month.

• Back numbers will be available via Booth starting in August.

• The rules for making requests will be slightly revised.

Changes to the Large Plan and the Introduction of a New Plan

Currently, the Large Plan grants access to all past images, which we’ve come to see as problematic as time goes on.

This structure unintentionally creates an unfair advantage for those who join later. Since downloads are possible, newer members could obtain significantly more content for the same fee compared to early supporters.

To more accurately reflect the value of the plan, we have decided to implement the changes described above. The amount of the monthly price increase has not yet been determined.

Distribution of Back Numbers on Booth

Starting in August, previous content will be made available through Booth. This does not directly impact Patreon members. We will ensure that Patreon supporters are not placed at a disadvantage.

Changes to Request Handling

In June, we received 25 requests over 25 days. I am deeply grateful for this level of engagement.

However, the number of requests has significantly exceeded our expectations. Considering that our number of members is steadily growing, it has become clear that we cannot continue accepting requests under the same conditions.

I originally estimated we would receive around 10 requests per month, and I regret that my outlook was overly optimistic. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this shift in direction, which I had hoped to avoid.

That said, ending request privileges at the end of June feels too abrupt, so we will continue to accept them through July.

How request privileges will be handled going forward is still undecided.
Some of the ideas under consideration include:

• Adding request privileges to the Large Plan with limited slots

• Accepting a limited number of requests at the beginning of each month from Large Plan members on a first-come basis

I will adjust based on demand.
