TERMS OF SERVICE

All adopts are first come first serve with a little twist.

HOW DOES IT WORK?:
Instead of doing full on Bids for Designs, we will go off of payout priority.
Meaning If you go for Tier 1 of an adopt and another person goes for Tier 2, the person grabbing Tier 2 takes priority. Which would also be the case if someone goes for Tier 2 and another goes for Tier 3. The person going for Tier 3 would get the design. If more than one person goes for Tier 1, 2, or 3 for the same design it falls back into first come first serve. Meaning the first person to go for Tier 1 takes the waiting slot, and so on and so forth. ALSO IF YOU GO RIGHT FOR TIER 3 FIRST THERE IS NO WAITING PROCESS TO CONFIRM YOUR PURCHASE LIKE THE LESSER TIERS

HOW DO I GRAB A LESSER TIER?
If you go for a lesser Tier, there will be a 24 hour window for another person to grab a higher tier of the adopt. If they do not, the lesser tier of the design is all yours!]

HOW DO I CLAIM THE TIER I WANT?:

To claim the design AND Tier you want for said design. You will have to comment under this post using this simple template:
"Design Name Here: Tier 1, 2, or 3"
Example:
The Vampire Hunter: Tier 3

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY DESIGN AFTER I PAY?:
For Tier 1 you will get your design immediately after you pay.
For Tier 2, and 3 you will be put on a waiting list after paying for your other poses to be drawn, since they are not pre-made. Think of it like a commission slot but for adopts only.

Also if you grab tier 2, or 3, you can choose to be sent the front pose early before the others are done. or wait for them all to be sent on one sheet!

THE TIERS:

Tier 1: Front Facing Pose
Tier 2: Front & Back Facing Poses
Tier 3: Front, Back, And Side Facing Poses. [if the design is asymmetrical it will come with two side facing poses for left and right.]
