New Skills: Lip Sync! 🗣️

I want to share that I’ve finally started working with proper lip sync. In my next videos, the characters will match their mouth movements much more accurately, and voiced scenes will feel noticeably more lively and natural 🎬 It adds a lot of expressiveness, and I’m really glad I’ve begun integrating this into my workflow ✨

Shader Experiments Continue 💡

I continue to actively experiment with shaders, especially those responsible for the anime‑style look of the characters. I’m working on skin, soft shadows, highlights, and materials 🎨

Finally Finished the Summer Project! ☀️

I’ve finished the video I started back in the summer. It went through a ton of reworking, testing, re‑rendering, and experimentation, but now it’s finally complete ✅

I’d like to especially mention the audio design it turned out to be much more challenging than I expected 🎧 Previously, someone else helped me with the sound, but this time I had to do everything myself. That’s exactly why I kept postponing the project: honestly, I was scared to take on something I knew nothing about. It was tough, but in the end I managed it, and it gave me tremendous experience 💪

What’s Next? 🚀

Work continues in the new year, and I’m striving to further improve the quality both visually and in animation. At the same time, I’m trying to find a balance between video length and production time so new videos can come out more often without sacrificing quality ⚖️

In 2026, more new characters will appear and perhaps not only from Naruto 👀
