Daily Update: Flowering
Added 2018-06-06 04:14:06 +0000 UTCSo we ran our first audio think tank last night. I wrote a postmortem for everybody who missed it, but I can't get it out of my head. Something about interacting with you guys in that way felt... liberating?
That level of intimacy feels so long overdue. We've been skulking about behind the scenes for such a long time now, I suppose I've been expecting myself to organically find a comfort zone with being a creator with fans before I start showing myself to the world, but I'm realizing now that you don't gain experience until you start to experience things.
This is already changing so much about my social outlook. I'm thinking about the future positively, and thinking positively about myself.
I'm excited to do more of these things. We'll see how I develop under a spotlight (of a fashion).
In other news, I'm late on the social media postmortem. But that's largely promotional anyway, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue. Expect more updates on how the story's developing as the week progresses.
