- Toyotaro is also overseeing the Dragon Ball Super manga storyline "with" Toriyama-san. In the latest chapter, Kakarotto tells Vegeta that there's no point in meditating and that he have to train his body instead. It's a stupid remark since Kakarotto has been meditating since childhood (at God, in the spirit room and before the 25th Tenka Ichi Budokai). As for the artistic part, Toyotaro's drawings do not release anything.

2023-05-31 21:45:19 +0000 UTCin an interview they did to toyotaro he said the general script of the manga is still done by akira toriyama and that from that he makes the storyboard and then sends it to toriyama and receives the go-ahead. This suggests that most of the manga's main plot was Akira Toriyama's idea. Apparently Toyotaro is only his successor, but only in the artistic part.

2023-05-30 02:41:32 +0000 UTCIt is more complicated than that. The Seripa that appears in the Dragon Ball Super Broly movie is indeed canon, but only to the Dragon Ball Z anime. In the manga version of Dragon Ball Super, Seripa is non-canon as she does not appear. Moreover and if it is, we don't know if Seripa is called Seripa in the film Broly.

2023-05-29 16:53:50 +0000 UTCI love fasha she should be the next saiyan back in the cannon. My issue with DragonBall is that it forgets its sci-fi. No reason a saiyan couldn't be somewhere frozen cryogenically or imprisoned magically. So many cool ways bring back old or make new characters.
