Luminescence - Two Versions
Added 2024-06-29 07:54:15 +0000 UTCI finally colored in the sketch haha, im still debating if I want to put it in my artbook im currently making, god knows I have twenty pages left to fill. I really do enjoy this piece, I was in a tug of war with it however. I really enjoy the isolating black background compared to how she glows within the space including her memory but I also felt it was too empty? ah!!!!! you know I really enjoy artists who can incorporate one solid background for a piece but Im always the artist who is always doubting myself about doing the same. haha
Which do you prefer? to be honest TO BE HONEST I really like the background as it connects to her memory but idk maybe it can be to overwhelming? I tried not to let it be but who knows. haha
im rambling lol., im glad I finished this piece, I was so "eh" about the sketch this entire month but felt once it was colored that it actually is a really beautiful illustration. huhuhuhu
