I believe I found the exact lead used which is listed below. For the organ/choir I used a sample and also included a organ one shot that sounds practically the same.
Presets Used:
Lead: Purity - Synth Flute: Turn off FM EP, then in the EDIT tab enable OSC 2 by selecting MG Sqr. Set SEMI 2 to -12. Then drag the mix to around 40% OSC 1. Finally turn off Flanger.
