I Refuse To Be The Third Wheel

When the band received downtime after a successful tour Jasper and Matt decides to head back home for the holidays. Tired of the fame and constant workload this was their chance to relax in the rural town of PA. Neither have been home in over two years. Once the band took off they were busy, Matt realized Leon was no longer in the picture. Jasper refused to talk about it and just sourly said their "friendship" didnt last because he couldn't trust him anymore. Matt knew what "friendship" meant and realized that this was his moment to make it clear to Jasper that he's tired of being the third wheel. Jasper constantly pushes away his feelings for Matt, he fears the band could break up if he ever became romantically involved with him so he ignored Matt advances and focused on the band. Now, the band is on break and he is forced to face Matt's feelings even if he pretends they dont exist. Matt is someone who is quiet, reserved and doesnt say much, his silence speaks louder than words. However, for the time they have together he will make the effort to not hide behind vague wording.
