I finished it! honestly I do like the ending results, this illustration is my third and final attempt in creating a work that focuses on the concept of doors leading into other worlds. However, there isn't any doors lol, I did create one as you saw in the earlier wips but it just felt crowded and overwhelming. Hey, the crescent moon can also be a concept of a door...right? haha, sure. I am proud of the final result, the colors are still the same for the most part but I did focus on more prop. the golden globs are Lili's memories just floating in the water.
This work gives me allot of Mucha vibes even if it wasnt my inspiration in this series. Overall I love all three but if I had to choose I really love the second attempt and the final more than the first. I feel like I done everything I could with these attempts of recreating the same work with different visual concepts.
