Hi! I did this flush on 6/25 and wow, so many stones came out of all sizes (not painful at all) I would do exactly as he suggests, if you can, and get a post hydro clean out at the very leastβa lot more came out in that session than I thought would, kind of mind blowing. (I have one prior to the flush as well). You don't want them to get stuck within your intestines. He also suggests applying a castor oil pack the night of the actual flush which I also didβgiving my liver as much love as possible! I'll do another one in a month or two. I've had a lot more energy since then and can feel shifts in other areas in progress. Grateful for his life work in this area!
