This episode was definitely the toughest to cobble together, considering nearly all of the species are of questionable classification and/or are known from very fragmentary fossils and there was a degree of fossil site mixing and mild potential anachronisms.
I feel like this one was the budget episode, considering two of the animals are played by modern day animals, and four of them reuse models from previous episodes, leaving only Koolasuchus the original. Sort of a missed opportunity for Minmi, Timimus, Australian Ornithocheirus, or another species of small ornithopod like Atlascopcosaurus, since they could have reused the models of Polacanthus, Coelophysis,... Ornithocheirus..., and Othnielia for them. Minmi's absence I think is especially strange since it, along with Muttaburrasaurus, is one of the best known Australian dinosaurs (although the good fossil of it has since been renamed Kunbarrasaurus).
Mammal: known only from a partial femur
Small Ornithischian: chimera, only definitive remain is partial cranium
Sphenodont: doesn't exist
Large Ornithischian: partial skull
Theropod: teeth, claws, ankle bones
Pterosaur: bottom jaw tip
Plesiosaur: tooth
Still, I think this might be my favourite episode from the series due to its unique and unconventional locale, even if it's far from perfect. The NEXT episode though... I don't think it needs to be said... that one is a lot more well-known locale.
