Serina: Hookjaw Carnackle

I planned it as a 290 MYH carnackle, but Sheather ended up using the idea for a 275 MYH species instead. The final design is more-or-less identical to how I drew it except the tail became a bit longer and Sheather gave it more personable eyes to help illustrate its intelligence.
The idea behind the design and ecology of the hookjaw carnackle was a spinosaur carnackle, even if the final idea was more "heron but very smart", although the arctic snagglejaw Sheather did is a spinosaur foxtrotter anyway, and much closer, so there was at least one 290 MYH spinosaur-inspired animal in the end. There was also a carnosaur carnackle and abelisaur carnackle to balance it out, but we'll get to those later...
