My life outside of working on the game over the last week has mostly been Baldur's Gate 3. It's so much fun. I'm having a blast with it. I've been playing a little with friends and a little solo, but just enjoying all of it. Finding it hard to pull myself away from it.
Other than that, I've been painting D&D miniatures, watching stuff with my partner, and generally just staying indoors and out of the heat.
I've really been wanting to go out and do stuff. Hike, camp, learn to canoe. The stuff I was talking about when we went on vacation. But it's just been SO hot here all the time. Over 100 degrees every single day. Not getting below 80, even at night. Between that and my PC renders running constantly, which heats up my office intensely, my air conditioner has been running non-stop and hasn't been quite able to keep up with the heat even inside the house. It's going to be an expensive electric bill. I can't wait for autumn.
I'm not sure if it's the heat, or if it's allergies, or maybe a lack of vitamins from staying inside all week, but I've been feeling very tired and lightheaded and lethargic. It's been hard to make myself get up and do things. I just feel like sleeping all the time. Hopefully when it starts to cool down a bit and I can actually go outside without instantly burning, I'll be able to do some fun stuff again and maybe feel better. I might should be taking vitamins or something.
Anyways, that's all I got this week. Short ramblings, not much to talk about. Gonna get to work now. Love you all!

My 4th MC, and perhaps main MC, is a bard as well. I am hoping to multiclass him once he gets to a decent level but time will tell.

2023-08-07 15:46:26 +0000 UTCCar is okay. Is in the garage, so not getting it too bad. Truck has been sitting out in the heat, but can't do much about that. I've made a few different characters on BG3, since you have to make new characters for multiplayer, and it took me a couple of tries to find one I really liked. Right now my main solo character is an elf bard.

2023-08-07 15:01:12 +0000 UTCThe continual heat can do that but if you are worried about not getting outside enough, buy a bottle of vitamin D tablets. They are cheap at the pharmacy/grocery. Apparently the heat can mess up your car/truck as well causing battery failure among other things. With regards to BG3, what toon did you pick?
