The Skull Cult

In the wake of the leader's failure in securing Black Tiger and Lynx to further their plans to take over the city's criminal underworld by use of the mysterious Yellow Lotus pollen, and their disastrous relationship with Stormlord, new leadership was called for.
Or, rather, taken.
Now under new leadership, the cult has retooled and rebranded itself for a modern time. With the Mob boss Scarra still under their control now they seek to find and control superheroes to bolster their ranks.
