Hey Uncle so the dense foam is known as extruded polystyrene (XPS) rigid foam insulation board. It is made by a variety of companies like Dow/DuPont and Owens Corning. Iβm not sure who the main supplier or manufacturer is in Europe but itβs pretty prevalent in the building trade. You can find craft sized sheets on Amazon also.
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is the other main type and tends to have more of a bead like texture or rough texture since it has more air between the styrene βcellsβ that make it up and that is probably what the other foams you have are made from.
And that is more than you probably want or need to know about foam boardπ.
