Added 2020-04-29 22:22:38 +0000 UTCToday was a good example of why doing three or more comics a month is basically impossible with my current set up. I use the Render Queue product to render stuff in, well, a queue while I'm at work or asleep. Yesterday I queued up the last of the new Robin set and the first half of the Ballistic set.
For some reason, the two Ballistic renders I did took an infinite amount of time to render, as in, the first one rendered all night long for one pic, and after I reset everything early this morning before leaving for work, the second took nine hours. So, two pics instead of seven or eight.
Someday I might have paid down my debt enough that I can use the money I get from this to actually save and buy a new system. Right now it all goes towards the mortgage and paying down my debts.
