A slim Pyroman (comic book plus) is able to store electricity. He is captured and drained of his electrical charge which is stored in his balls. He has a sidekick who looks like Catboy without the cat ears. Catboy frees Pyroman and recharges him. They are able to fly by using ion propulsion out of their rear ends. If that is too weird for you I am open to your suggestions.
